About The Role:

As a Business Development & Presales Supervisor you will be responsible for leading and overseeing the presales activities and support the business development team of our organization. You will play a pivotal role in driving growth, expanding our client base, and securing new business opportunities.


Key Duties & Responsibilities
:

  • Lead and supervise the presales team in preparing and delivering compelling proposals, presentations, and demonstrations to potential clients.
  • Daily management of the planning and preparation process of potential/existing accounts proposals/presentations.
  • Build proposals for potential clients to support the BD team in the sales process.
  • Build proposals for existing clients to support the AM team in the upwelling process.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop customized solutions that meet client requirements.
  • Work closely with Sales to ensure successful closure of the sales process.
  • Create sales pitches for the BD team.
  • Assist the BD team in qualifying potential customers.
  • Lead and manage the sales bid process by responding to RFI’s & RFP’s.
  • Study target Industry and specific target accounts to develop a business development report prior to approach or meeting setting with said accounts.
  • Collaborate with he marketing department to develop industry penetration strategy and identify gaps and opportunities.
  • Attend and participate in business meeting as applicable.
  • Assist in following up on new business opportunities and setting meetings.
  • Assist in setting and developing expansion and growth strategies for the company.


Bachelor of business or economics or any other relevant fields

2-3 years of experience

Previous experience in presales and BD

Fluent in English (French is as add on)


Required Skills &Abilities:

  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills.

  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.

  • Fluent in both English and Arabic, French language is a plus.


Education & Experience:
  • 2-4 years of experience in business or sales development.

  • BSc/BA in business administration, finance, economics or relevant field; MSc/MA is a plus.

  • Proven experience in Presales & Business Development.

  • In-depth knowledge of Sector industries.

  • Exposure in working on key accounts.

  • In-depth understanding of market research methods and analysis.

  • Commercial awareness partnered with a strategic mindset.
