Site Construction Supervision Lead

Duties and Responsibilities

§ Organizes and leads the Worley construction supervision team to help the Owner ensure the project is effectively and technically developed to meet the contract and standards requirements, local and international codes, timeline and budget

§ Monitors construction of NPP’s and associated systems; develops comments pertaining to non-compliance with design

§ Ensures effective coordination with other Project disciplines

§ Represents the Project at internal & external meetings

§ Reviews, comments and prepares drafts of client correspondence pertaining to construction

Experience and Qualifications

§ Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering.

§ Strong construction oversight skills; 10+ years of construction supervision experience including nuclear power plant construction and management of multi-cultural teams.

Special Job Requirements

§ Ability to communicate, influence and persuade in English; knowledge of Russian is a plus

§ Ability to effectively lead a multicultural team
