About the job:


As a Marketing Manager, you will lead the marketing and communications team. You will be leading, developing, and crafting Dawarha’s brand, external/internal communications, digital marketing, and all online/offline marketing plans, strategies, campaigns, and activities for Dawarha; the first ai-based RVM in Egypt and MENA. The ideal candidate is an experienced team player who is passionate about building brands and technology and committed to self-development, possessing the ability to apply their technical knowledge, skills, and experience to lead the marketing and comms for a world-class brand.


Responsibilities:


  • Manage the brand to ensure consistent communication of the organization’s mission and values across all channels and will ensure that the integrity of the brand is maintained and always promoted.
  • Develop and oversee the delivery of a corporate communications strategy to build the organization’s brand and reputation, including writing and editing effective copy.
  • Build and sustain the community for Dawarha’s EartHeroes and Recyclers.
  • Craft, build, and execute marketing and comms plans and strategies to create brand awareness and market education.
  • Develop, manage, and monitor Marketing and Communications strategy for both internal and external audiences and define key performance indicator for each communication and marketing channel.
  • Responsible for creating, implementing, and measuring the success of a comprehensive marketing, communications, and public relations program that will enhance the Dawarha’s image and position within the marketplace and the general public locally and globally and facilitate internal and external communications; and all Dawarha marketing, communications and public relations activities and materials including publications, media relations, client acquisition and so forth.
  • Develop, execute, and monitor all digital marketing components, including SEO (Search Engine Optimization), SEM (Search Engine Marketing), ASO (App Store Optimization), CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization), marketing database, email marketing, newsletter, social media, advertising campaigns, and website management.
  • Direct social media efforts on various social networks, including IG, FB, Twitter, LinkedIn, ..., etc.
  • Prepare marketing and communication budget, performance tracking, and cost tracking of campaigns.
  • Developing standard operating procedures and strategy.
  • Plan and manage the creative design, creative content, copies, and production of all marketing and communication materials with all stakeholders.
  • Oversee the creation of marketing and communications collateral to ensure consistency with the Dawarha brand, including website copy and more.
  • Identify trends and insights, in addition to optimizing spend and performance based on insights.
  • Managing the website and app content, editing existing content, and removing outdated content, website landing pages, and optimizing the user experience.
  • Integrate with software, hardware, and all technical departments to deliver the best UX, CRO, and brand positioning and increase brand loyalty.
  • Plan, develop, conduct, and report regularly all relevant marketing research and focus groups.
  • Plan and spearhead marketing events and other campaigns to strengthen public relations and Dawarha’s presence where it matters.
  • Track the performance of marketing strategies implemented and develop timely modifications to nurture more leads online.
  • Nurture leads and engage customers by directing the development and execution of sound digital marketing strategy based on market and consumer research.
  • Perform other vital duties as assigned.

Technical Skills:


  • Proficient with Digital Media and Design.
  • Knowledge of Graphic design software such as ACC.
  • Content management systems (CMS).
  • Image and file management.
  • Content curation.
  • Project management software such as Jira and ClickUp.
  • Budget planning, Risk management, and Project planning.
  • Data analysis, Campaign management, Budgeting, and Vendor management.
  • Interviewing and Team Development.
  • Pitching, Copywriting, Editing, Researching, and Reporting.
  • SEO/SEM.
  • Digital ad management.
  • Social media marketing.
  • Content strategy.

Requirements:


  • M.Sc. or Ph.D. in Marketing, Mass-Comm, or any related fields are preferred.
  • Candidates with bachelor’s degrees in Marketing are welcome to apply, provided they have strong technical knowledge and experience in Marketing and Comms.
  • 7+ years working with the Marketing and Comms domain, preferably in product-based companies.
  • Good command of both written and spoken English
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effectively communicating with the team and ability to present information to a varied technical and non-technical audience.
  • Advanced knowledge in marketing, comms, relationship management, growth marketing, digital marketing, performance, culture, scalability, and best practices for implementing various solutions.
  • Advanced problem-solving skills.
