- Manage the portfolio Mix to ensure achieving the balance between volume and value.
- Increase Volume / Value of current customers.
- Increase prices by acceptable percentage that suits Indirect Export Clients.
- Searching and screening for any new opportunity that may fit our products internationally
- Implement competition analysis from the current & potential countries while any business trip.
- Compare all offers that are received from freight forwarders companies, and choose the best in terms of cost & Quality of service.
- Ensure cooperation with shipping companies that provide the best service in terms of Quality and speed of performance.
- Review all documents related to any shipment before sending it to the relevant authorities or sending to any customer.
- Revise the letter of credit and ensure that there are no discrepancies in the documents submitted to the Financial Department.
- Make sure with legal dep and third party agency that all the submitted documents is complying with the needed of the export refund office.
Requirements
- From 4 to 5 years Experience in Handling logistics process (preferred to be reefer) with Shipping lines directly + Custom clearance offices + Trucking or with Freight forwarding companies.
- Connections & relations with Shipping lines & Forwarding companies.
- FMCG or agriculture sector background.
- Presentable (as she / he will attend some international or local Events).
- Export sales background will be preferred. (even 1 year) – that he or she will follow, and database Export leads we are receiving.
- Customer service.
- Detailed oriented.
- Analytical skills and (MS office is a must).
- ERP system background.
- Export Refund know how (not mandatory).
