Description


Job Purpose

  • Enterprise Marketing Manager in the enterprise business unit has a vital role in driving business success through the development and implementation of effective marketing strategies. With a particular emphasis on the Large Corporate segment & specific focus on understanding and meeting the specific needs of business customers.

Report To Position Name

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies that align with a segmented approach to meet the specific needs of business customers, particularly in the government Large segment.
  • Design customized approaches per vertical & tailored made offers to gain more revenues from Enterprise accounts on both SPOCs & End Users levels
  • Create and manage the marketing annual budget for the Large segment.
  • Collaborate with the Project Management team to plan and execute successful product launches.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape.
  • Oversee the customer experience and service model for the Large segment, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and engagement.
  • Collaborate with the sales channel to support their efforts in boosting acquisitions, and driving customer retention and loyalty.
  • Conduct workshops and trainings for the acquisition and retention teams, equipping them with the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver optimal solutions to the Large segment.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as product development, sales, and customer service, to ensure alignment and synergy in delivering exceptional value to Etisalat Customers.
  • Lead, develop and execute campaigns & promotional programs to manage the segment KPIs
  • Analyze and understand the Enterprise market, customer base, & competition moves.
  • Provide & Own Enterprise proactive programs as Compensation Matrix & Incentives Programs to SPOCs.
  • Work closely with bidding team on business cases to support the implementation of the Enterprise Marketing calendar.
  • Design monthly propositions to maximize share of wallet for CLM activities and achieve CLM incremental revenue target (All Enterprise base)
  • Conduct regular customer satisfaction survey.
  • Responsible for building customer relationships and to ensure account renewals.
  • Work with the Regulatory Group to ensure policies and procedures are compliant with market rules.

Qualifications

  • University Degree in Business or Economics.
  • Computer skills, Advanced MS excel & Power Point is required.
  • Excellent in Arabic & English (Reading, Writing & Oral).

QUALIFICATIONS_DESIRABLE

  • Marketing Diploma
  • MBA

EXPERIENCE_ESSENTIAL

 Minimum 5 to 8 years of Experience in Telecom industry .
