Customer Support Representative - AT&T Technical Support


 

We are seeking dedicated and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as a Technical Support Agent. You will play a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction by providing exceptional service and support. You will be the first point of contact for customers, assisting them with inquiries, resolving issues, technical assistance and answers to users questions, assisting users by troubleshooting problems with computer hardware or software.

Previous customer service experience is not required. We value your potential and believe in providing comprehensive training to help you excel in your role.

Salary and Benefits:
