Job Description: Insurance Insurance Sales Director

NAOS Solutions is hiring for a leading provider of innovative insurance solutions and is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Insurance Sales Director to join our dynamic Product department.

As an Insurance Sales Director, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and building strong relationships with corporate clients. Your primary focus will be on selling our insurance products and services to businesses, ensuring customer satisfaction, and achieving revenue targets.


Responsibilities:


  • Builds the retail and corporate sales process
  • Manages and leads his Sales team
  • Communicates company goals and Targets.
  • Motivates team members and assesses performance.
  • Responsible for New reaching clients
  • Responsible for Hiring team members
  • Responsible for Training Team Members
  • Responsible for Securing Leads to his Team
  • Responsible for the Team’s monthly Target.
  • Responsible for increasing the application quality and quantity.
  • Responsible for supervising his team performance and reporting
performance to management.
  • Field Support

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of success in retail and corporate sales, preferably in the insurance industry
  • Strong knowledge of insurance products and services
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with corporate clients
  • Self-motivated and target-oriented
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in using CRM software
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field


Candidate requirements:

  • Leadership Skills
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Patience and ability to engage customers in conversation.
  • Excellent Sales Abilities
  • Insurance Knowledge and Experience (preferred non-life insurance experience)
  • 4 -8 Years of Sales Experience
  • Highly motivated and target-driven with a proven track record in sales.
  • was able to achieve at least 3 Mil Pounds in premium last year.
  • Strong Relationship Building
