Job Purpose
Support in availing all required or assigned reports to support the business in the decision making process to help all functions to meet Etisalat objectives.
Report To Position Name
-Work on assigned reports from the manager after confirming the SLA and overwrite them on the system to be able to meet the agreed time frame. -Work on developing the reports and process till the UAT (User Acceptance Test) to either complete the report or add the required comments to be submitted on time -Work on the documentation of all processes on the system to handover to the application support for any further development. -Act as second line technical support to all the inquiries coming from the Application Support team to solve technical issues -Handle all critical reports to support the business to meet the objectives.

Bachelor Degree in Computer Science.
