Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Representative located in Sutherland Cairo, Egypt. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for providing support to customers, ensuring their satisfaction, and enhancing their customer experience. The job duties include handling customer inquiries, resolving customer complaints, providing information to customers about products and services, and escalating complex issues to appropriate channels.
